2010 - A Day in the Life - week 17

April 25
There is only one thing to say.
GNOME!!

April 26

The view from Christy's porch on the morning we left.

April 27

The four ponytails just before being placed in the ziplock and padded envelope to be mailed to Pantene.

April 28

The poor freshly planted tomatoes covered in snow. In April.

April 29

I love this because it shows how the storms come over the mountains here in sections. On the right it's dark and brooding, but if you notice off to the left, the sky is blue and the cloudy are bright and puffy.

April 30
Suck. No pictures. :(

May 1
My tech tee and racing bib.
Nerves were still present even picking up my goody bag.
I wasn't sure how well I was going to do.
Race details will be another post.  It was good and bad.
Bottom line, I beat my last half time by about 11 minutes. Woot!

Comments

  3. I haven't planted our tomatoes yet - or anything, really, except for lettuce and peas. Our area is known for April snow (which I hate.)

I've seen a lot of race talk recently, which makes me want to get out there and sign up for one :)
