Halling Go To Alaska

Sunday 5/22 Bari and I on the shuttle back to the airport from Fitbloggin .  We might have been delirious at this point.  In fact, it's quite likely.  Monday 5/23 Sass decided since camping that my BSU beanie is her new favorite hat.  I personally think she looks pretty cute.  Tuesday 5/24 Steak.  It's what was for dinner.  Wednesday 5/25 It was a hat day.  Thursday 5/26 A beautiful day!  (I sorta wonder what happened to it; it's cold now) Friday 5/27 Mmm. Dinner out for date night.  Bailey's, fresh sourdough Falafel spoons, salmon The salmon? Was probably in the best lemon/white wine sauce I've ever had.  Saturday 5/28 Me and Sass volunteering at the swim meet.

Sunday 4/17 Taken on the beautiful drive to Reno.  Monday 4/18 I love Bear-cat.  He is so handsome. I'm surprised he held still.  Granted I took about 20 other pictures of him where he had 8 eyes, 6 ears from him moving.  Tuesday 4/19 This pretty pup was at the park and was more than happy to be loved on.  Wednesday 4/20 Just a pic of the tat I got in San Diego last June.  I'm still thinking up a good "26.2" to commemorate Disney. Thursday 4/21 My girl? She's a goof.  She asked me to take her picture.  When I was ready, she made me wait until she made this face.  Friday 4/22 This was one of Sass's eggs.  I thought it looked like a hamster or guinea pig.   Saturday 4/23 T and Sass dancing at the wedding we went to. 

Sunday 1/30 Level 4 gymnastics team at beginning of the meet. Mine is second in line staring at the floor.  Monday 1/30 Technically this is a picture for Tuesday, but... this was what time I went to bed Monday night.  Tuesday Gosh! Ain't she cute?  Wednesday 2/1 It decided to be winter again.   I like winter.  It's been too much like spring the last few weeks.  Thursday 2/2 Love her eyelashes in this one.  (took this one on manual!) Friday 2/4 Sand dollar from the Oregon coast.  Had dinner at my parents' house with some friends in from out of town.  They came bearing little bags full of san dollars and shells from the beach. (taken on manual too!) Saturday 2/5 Beeyouteeful! And... (because I couldn't not post this one because it made me laugh) T and a buddy with their drinks and the empty bottles that made them. 

Last Friday T took a day off to join us at the lake.  I love Lake Tahoe so much.   There's the icy cold water that only feels good on warm days.  There's the soft sand (well at the beach we were at anyway).  The kids love digging in it and making the hole deep enough to find water. The days are rare that daddy gets to join us.   Sweet Pea loved that he wanted to dig with her.  The left behind digging to enjoy the water.  The "I'm too cool for you" sunglasses look. (She still pronounces any cl/gl combo as "bl".  So for Sweet Pea these are sunblasses - I'm going to miss that when she stops.) And the obligatory weirdo at the beach picture.   She was trying to wash the sand off her feet before she sat on her towel.   The buckets were small, and she couldn't stand up.   Yes, I didn't bother to help. January 10 Sweet Pea bowling for the very first time. January 11 This is an old sign in town. My hometown has grown up so much in the past 20 years. Signs like this help me to remember life before it was busy. January 12 This is a SOOC shot of dawn from my porch. And because I can. Here is shot #2 from the 12th. We had some awesome clouds this week. This was taken from a different part of town. January 13 My gymnast strapped to the bar at practice. January 14 I know there's a lot of scenery, but I love being able to take a decent picture of the every day stuff that catches my eye.  And this tree with the backdrop of the mountains? Beautiful to me. January 15 I am so proud to be a part of Team In Training. Team Shrinking Jeans is a T eam who will E ndure and A chieve and it M atters to us. January 16 Sweet Pea and I painted pottery on our Mommy & Me weekend.
