You Capture - Best Shot
I suppose after two weeks of getting assignments and pictures that I *really* liked, it was time for me to struggle. I wasn't taking any pictures that just spoke to me. But then again, it took me a long time to start taking pictures that I really liked.
But I do have a couple that I think were my best for the week. Hey, I've got an idea! Let me share them with you!

This was taken on a hike the two older girls and I took last week.
And then we had our first harvest.
One lone strawberry. There are many more growing.
We are trying to keep the birds from nibbling on them before we get a chance to pick them.
Check out what other's thought was their best shot over at Beth's.
They're both great pictures. The first one could have come right out of a magazine and I love the simplicity (and the shadow) of the strawberry. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteI really love the first photo....and would have it framed if I shot it (because I think it's that good.)
ReplyDeleteThe first shot is so amazing. I love how the sky just stretches and unfurls its glory!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. Love the mts. in the background. So cool and crisp.
ReplyDeletethe first one is so pretty!

Isn't it funny how sometimes you can have a boat load of pictures you love and then others times when they are just....what ever. :)
ReplyDeleteI love both shots, especially the lone strawberry!
I love the first shot, it looks like a lovely place for a hike.
ReplyDeleteThat first shot is so great, good angle!

ReplyDeleteWOW - i lOVE the first one! Good choice :D
ReplyDeletelove the strawberry! home grown produce is the best! :)
ReplyDeleteThe harvest cracked me up! Love the fence one, too.
ReplyDeleteLove the fence shot! Beautiful scenery.
ReplyDeleteThat first picture is why non-photographer types hate going on hikes/walks/drives with people like you. Non-photographer types don't look at the world the same way we do. There's not really anything special in that picture, it's all of the elements pulling it together... the mountains, the fence leading us in, the sky, the colors, etc. Good capture!
